Premium is worth it at least once. Ramen was not too good it just like your ordinary one from the grocery store. Soju so good get it!

Maribel was our server and we were blown away by her exceptional customer service! She had excellent recommendations and was patient when we ordered additional items. This was the first time my parents dined here and they were pleased to find that Maribel spoke Spanish. She was welcoming and willing to go above and beyond. We highly recommend Gen Korean BBQ!

Gen Korean BBQ House has honestly been one of my comfort spots for years. I used to come here religiously, and every single time the food never disappoints 🔥 I recently came back for one of my friend’s birthdays and it reminded me why I love this place so much. The atmosphere is always fun, the service was great, and the food was absolutely amazing. From the meats to the sides, everything was so good — and somehow I always leave completely full 😂 If you’re looking for a good spot to eat with friends or celebrate something special, I’d highly recommend checking this place out!

It was a semi-busy night, but I can't really speak too highly of this place anymore. My dining experience was very poorly managed. I've been to plenty of places that could easily accommodate a group of 10 or more, but this was a real 3-ring circus. The food, service, and billing were all mediocre at best. Tips for the staff- drinks should be brought out first. Make sure there are enough menus for people to figure out what they want to eat- we really didn't come to a Korean restaurant to be recommended carne asada. Turn on the grills before you bring out the food. DON'T TRY TO SNEAK IN A PREMIUM DISH THAT NOBODY ORDERED SO YOU CAN CHARGE AN EXTRA $20 PER PERSON. Learn how to bill properly, and don't try to sneak in extras or orders from other tables. There's no reason why my wife should have to get up a half hour later and get her own beer from the bar after she asked for it 3 separate times. Turn the radio down! People go out to dinner to enjoy food and the company around them, not to have Green Day blasted like they are in an early 2000's dive bar.

Food is good, but the service is very slow. Heard they are short-staffed, so customers better order more each time in case you won’t be able to find a waiter for a while—our waitress is nice though! Additionally, there are only five rice sticks for a dish so it’s kind of funny, but it does taste good!
